- Minimum age for competition is 30 years
Age Divisions
- Individual Stableford Age Groups: 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 & 70+
Event Divisions
- Men – A (0-12 handicap), B (13-18 handicap), C (19-36 handicap)
- Women – A (0-16 handicap), B (17-30 handicap), C (31-45 handicap)

Events
- Skins – Friday 1 November 2024: 12:00pm shotgun tee time
- 4BBB Stableford (men’s, ladies’ and mixed pairs) – Sunday 3 & Monday 4 November 2024: golfers play one morning round (7:30am) and one afternoon round (12:30pm)
- 4 Person Ambrose (men’s, ladies’ and mixed teams) – Tuesday 5 November 2024: 7:30am
- Individual Stableford – Wednesday 6 & Thursday 7 November 2024: golfers play one morning round (7:30am) and one afternoon round (12:30pm)
Fees
Each competitor is required to pay the Games Fee once and then the Sport Fee for each sport in which they register.
Sport Fee
- $95 per person – Skins (1 round including motorised cart, BBQ lunch and prizes on every hole)
- $165 per person – 4BBB Stableford (2 rounds including motorised carts)
- $90 per person – Ambrose (1 round including motorised carts and prizes)
- $180 per person – Individual Stableford (2 rounds including motorised carts)

- Saver $145 (1 June – 31 August 2024)
- Standard $155 (from 1 September 2024)
Payment processing fee: 1.4% (incl GST)

Additional Information
- Skins teams will consist of 4 team members.
- The 4BBB Stableford will consist of two rounds (36 holes); one round at Palmer Colonial and one at Palmer Gold Coast.
- Participants may only register in one (1) 4BBB Stableford event (e.g. men’s and ladies’ or mixed).
- Ambrose teams will consist of 4 team members.
- The Individual Stableford will consist of two rounds (36 holes) at RACV Royal Pines Resort.
- Each Skins and Ambrose team is required to have a team manager who will register your team via the team manager portal prior to any player registrations.
- Once the team is created, team managers can register players via the team manager portal or individuals can register themselves via the Competitor Entry Form.
- If you are interested in playing in the Skins or Ambrose events and do not have a team, please register for the PPMG team with pin PPMG in the division you wish to play in and the Sport Convenor will do their best to place you in a team.
- Alternatively, if you would like to find your own team, please use our Sports Bulletin Board to advertise your availability or search for a team looking for players.
- If your team is short players you can also use the Sports Bulletin Board to advertise for players or look for available individuals.
- Handicaps will be frozen (unchanged) over the two days, as decided by the match committee.
- All age groups and handicap divisions are subject to nominations received.
- Medals will be awarded to the top three placegetters in each division.
- All golfers will be required to pick up their Games’ accreditation from the Check-In Centre and present this to the golf administration on arrival to the course prior to playing in the tournament.
- All Australian participants must provide their Golflink number when registering for officials to determine your Slope Handicap Index prior to the first event. Golfers who do not have a current Golflink number will not be permitted to compete.
- New Zealand residents (and any other internationals) need to provide written proof of their handicap from their club or Association prior to the event (email a copy to the Sport Convenor/s listed below).
- Draws are final and changes will not be allowed without extenuating circumstances.
- Time and Pairing requests must be communicated via email before entries close to the respective venue convenor.
- Two event bonus – golfers registering for both 4BBB and Individual Stablefords will receive a dozen golf balls valued at $35.
- The tournament is presented by Drewmaster Pty Ltd (Palmer Colonial and Palmer Gold Coast) and RACV Royal Pines Resort with support from Golf Australia.
