Cricket - Super 8s
Dates & Times
- Sunday 3rd – Friday 8th November 2024: 8:30am – 5:30pm daily
- Note: no play on Tuesday 5 November
Age Requirements
- Age is determined as at Sunday 3rd November 2024
- Minimum age for competition is 35 years for men and 25 years for women
Age Divisions
- Men’s 35+, 45+ and 55+
- Women’s 25+

Fees
Each competitor is required to pay the Games Fee once and then the Sport Fee for each sport in which they register. Non-Playing Officials are not required to pay the Sport Fee.

- Early bird $130 (1 March – 31 May 2024)
- Saver $145 (1 June – 31 August 2024)
- Standard $155 (from 1 September 2024)
- Non-Playing Official – $95
Payment processing fee: 1.4% (incl GST)

Entries Close
- Team entries: Friday 25th October 2024 (11:59pm AEST) or when capacity is reached
- Individual entries into existing teams: Friday 3rd November 2024 (11:59pm AEST)
Additional Information
- Each team is required to have a team manager who will register your team via the team manager portal prior to any player registrations.
- Once the team is created, team managers can register players via the team manager portal or individuals can register themselves via the Competitor Entry Form.
- If you would like to play but do not have a team, please use our Sports Bulletin Board to advertise your availability or search for a team looking for players.
- Alternatively if your team is short players please use the Sports Bulletin Board to advertise for players or look for available individuals.
- The women’s competition needs a minimum of four teams to proceed.
- The competitions may be amalgamated dependent upon entries received, but medals still awarded to age groups
- A handicap system will be applied depending on age (will be updated in the rules and released closer to the event).
- The competition is presented by Southport Labrador Cricket Club and sanctioned by Queensland Cricket.
